- Always, try to improve your ability to do better job, by training yourself, by acquiring more knowledge, degree/qualification or by attending seminars or by reading different source of knowledge, which help your better performance in your job and improving profitability to your employer.
- If any better job offer you receive from any other organization, please try to get it, but 100 percent subject to, you are not breaking any agreement with your present employer. If legally you are accepting another position, it may hurt your present employer, it should not be your concern, as you have full right to earn maximum your halal rozy. It is your present employer responsibility to keep you with her/him by improving your present working condition, may be with higher remunerations or benefits of the job.
